The studio

We fix the layer of retail that machines read.

Manifold is a small growth studio working with dealer groups, distributors and aftermarket brands. Our center of gravity is the sale: inventory data, vehicle detail pages, trade-in paths, feeds and the measurement that ties a search to a delivered unit. The second half of the practice is the drive — service bookings, parts and accessory attach, which is where the margin actually lives.

Most dealership platforms still take deposits and still book appointments. What they cannot do is describe a vehicle, a repair or a part clearly enough for a machine to trust it — and that description is now the difference between being quoted and being skipped.

Mission

Manifold is a growth studio for automotive retail. We make vehicle inventory, service menus and parts catalogs legible to both shoppers and the machines that answer their questions — product data, structured content, search and shopping feeds, and answer-engine visibility, measured against delivered units, booked appointments and parts revenue.

How we work

Data first. Then words. Then bids.

Most dealership sites were built to be browsed by someone who already knew which vehicle, part or service they wanted. That shopper is mostly gone. Both the sale and the repair now start with a question — a used half-ton under forty, a warning light, a 60k service — and the answer comes from whichever store described it most clearly.

So we start with inventory and catalog data, the service menu and the query data, not the ad account. Once trim, fitment, attributes and structured content hold up, bids and assets have something to work with — and measurement can tell you which change actually moved delivered units, service bookings and parts revenue.

What we do

  • Make inventory data and vehicle detail pages legible to a model, not just to a browser.
  • Clean shopping feeds and keep Merchant Center diagnostics at zero for vehicles and parts.
  • Structure service menus, fitment pages and schema around what shoppers and drivers actually ask.
  • Build parts and accessory attach paths that survive a query, not just a homepage banner.

Not on the menu

  • Tell you a replatform is always the answer.
  • Publish AI-written vehicle or fitment data as if it were fact.
  • Pretend a paid visibility tool is a strategy.
“A model will only recommend a vehicle or a part it can verify. In 2027, structured data is the showroom.”
